Good protective jacket
The Bgowatu soft shell jacket is a very good and high quality product that I was really surprised to see from the company. Prior to getting this jacket I was not familiar with the brand and products, but I am so happy that I gave it a try, the design and execution are close to perfect. As soon as you take it out of the package, you will immediately notice the quality and craftsmanship applied here, the zippers are very good and high quality, granted they are not Ideal or YKK made, but they are good and they are including pull strings on every zipper end for better grip and convenience. The size I ordered was L and for my body type, I am 5.10'' and about 185Lbs, the jacket is slightly on the larger size, but if you are going to layer up underneath it will definitely work and it won't look or feel strangely oversized. This jacket can be worn during the colder winter months, just keep in mind that it is not super insulated so extreme cold temperatures would be an issue, but for normal above freezing temperatures, it will be perfectly fine. The design is simple and classic, with two zipper protected side pockets plus one zipper protected chest pocket in addition the inner liner is fleece, plus a drawstring on the bottom of the jacket and hook and loop straps on both left and right sleeves. The added hood is not removable, and part of the design and I actually like that, it looks better this way and it is more functional, it provides some extra protection against the elements. When it comes to insulation, Bgowatu are using pretty heavy duty polyester based fleece, the jacket is also wind and water resistant and there are two very large internal pockets for some extra storage. The fleece material is creating both breathable and thermal insulation. I think the only major negative, for most people, would be the price of the jacket, I think at the asking retail price of $50 you will probably be better waiting for deep holiday discounts, and the second minor negative is not using any top level zipper brands like YKK and Ideal, but regardless I think for the style and fashion the asking price is not all that bad. Overall, a great jacket by Bgowatu, with a lot of protection features, it is comfortable, stylish and will keep you warm.

    What a nice jacket almost as good as a north face for much less money. The adjustable sleeves is a nice addition. This jacket is made very well I was surprised by the quality and material

    I purchased this jacket for a winter outside work coat. It definitely wasn’t as heavy as I expected it to be. It’s waterproof and windproof, I just have to wear a lightweight sweatshirt under it for cold weather. It was a good purchase for the cost.

    The coat seems to be really solid. The zipper seems to be really good quality. For the price this thing feels like you could sell it for x3 the price at least. I got in the khaki or tan one and it’s really sharp.
