    The first order I received was damaged. It had a slice in the fabric. Aside from that, the bag was pretty, spacious and I liked it. So instead of returning it for a refund, I requested a replacement. Wow! It was quickly replaced with a new bag that was in perfect condition. Both orders were well packaged.
    I think I'll order another in a different color. I had a good experience.

    I feel the straw bag material is a little rough. The side pocket inside does not have a.Zipper so things fall out easily. It is a nice looking purse though and perfect for summer.
