Great quality polo. It's a lightweight woven fabric. my husband always wears an xlarge, and thus fit true to size. He also appreciates that it's not short because he has a longer torso. It held up in the wash well. I washed it on cool and hung to dry and no shrinkage.

Also, polo shirts are generally longer in the back, so they stay tucked when you bend over. The front and back of this shirt are the same length.
The 63% cotton, 33% modal (like rayon), and 2% spandex combination is suitable for wrinkle-free comfort, but the material is a bit thin. I wore this with a very thin, Pima cotton tee shirt that made this shirt look really good.
I like the shirt, but I do not understand the high price. I have similar shirts for $30.

I'll preface this by saying I am a longtime Express customer and have always thought their quality to be superb.
This is no different. The shirt looks absolutely fantastic, and I really wear it every opportunity I get (i.e., whenever it's clean). It fits very well — hugging the chest nicely but being loose around the stomach area.
I will say, though, I could use a bit more room around the arms. I find that many of Express' polo shirts tend to have boa constrictors for upper arm cuffs. That said, my arms are around 16–17 inches, if that is a guide for you.
This is both a positive and a negative:
– Positive: Makes you look like you have huge arms.
– Negative: It can be a little bit uncomfortable when you first put the shirt on. You do adjust quickly, in fairness, and it's hardly noticeable after a while.
The fabric is what really draws me to the Express brand of polo shirts. The cotton blend is absolute perfection. I cannot stand polo shirts that are anything other than cotton for the most part, but they always seem to nail the comfort.
Calling me a fanboy would be an apt description; I would happily stock my wardrobe with these.

I bought this shirt for my husband. The sizes run a little small, all his shirts are XL so that is the size I bought. After receiving this shirt, I had him try it on and it was too short and a bit tight in the shoulders. The color (black with white piping) will certainly make you stand out. You might want to wash it gental, to keep the black saturated. The fabric is soft and plush washing on a gentle cycle will help keep the fabric soft and plush. The dark color helps give the shirt just a little more fancy/professional.the
