just came in today I use it periodically and boy do I feel a difference already. I used to workout a lot but as I got older it becomes a bit inconvenient this little doohickey sits in my peripheral vision reminding me I can get in a quick workout in and feel it too! a great device the maintain a healthy physique easy to assemble and offers a lot of different workouts I can even use it to work the inner thighs I happy I bought it.

This makes a difference and it does work. I am over 60 and I use this regularly. Do not do any exercise program without first consulting a physician. Get one and keep it around and the next time you standup from your desk grab it and do a few reps. Over time doing that you will feel and see the difference. That is what makes this so awesome as it is right there when and where you need it. You can adjust the resistance over time. This is pretty awesome and easy. I go to the gym regularly this is simply home convenience and the price is great compared to what you get. This is an awesome piece of workout equipment that will show results over time.

Wow!! Wasnt expecting that much from this, but I was very wrong. This thing is amazing. It will tone you up if you stick with it. And if you hate the whole gym culture, then this is for you. You will feel the same burn as you would from weights. The only drawback is it comes with a picture of how you could use the Twister. I had to search you tube to find a video to show me what I can do with the Twister

This is a simple device that you can use easily to get a nice resistance workout. It's small and lightweight, but does exactly what you need for your arms and chest.
