Love the clear backboard and brass anchor it came with. Installed mine the day they poured concrete decking for my new pool. After a month, the adhesive began to come loose and the clear backboard separated from the white plastic frame. I called Dunnrite directly and McKaley solved my issue in less than 2 minutes! Think about that. No transferring around to different departments talking to computer voices. I literally dialed their number, McKaley answered, and my issue was fixed by her during a commercial break of a football game. Those who buy online a lot know how rare this is. You're gonna have problems from time-to-time with any product — make sure you're buying from companies with 5-Star Customer Service like Dunnrite (especially with reps like McKaley working there)!
