I liked this jacket when I saw it on my computer screen, and I loved it when I saw it in person! This jacket is actually made for big and tall men, unlike some that I have ordered in the past from different sellers. When I took the jacket out of the box it came in and held it up to look at it, I was surprised by how heavy it felt. I did weigh it, and my scales said that it was 2 pounds. Once I put the jacket on, the weight was a non-factor because I could not feel any heaviness. The jacket is more on the lightweight side, as far as the thickness of it, but it keeps me warm on chilly days and nights. The quality of this jacket is very, very good. I did search the entire jacket looking for defects, loose threads, etc., and I did not find anything. I really like the bomber style of the jacket because it can be worn with many different types of clothing, including hoodies. I love the way it fits me. There is plenty of room in the chest and midsection, and the shoulders have good width. Even with the jacket zipped all the way up, I had plenty of room for me and my clothes. The jacket was not tight in any areas, which is the exact way that I want my jackets to fit. The elastic in the waistband and on the ends of the sleeves is both practical and stylish. I don't have long arms, so the elastic at the end of the sleeves keeps them from covering my hands. I usually don't pay a lot of attention to zippers, but this one is very smooth from top to bottom. This jacket has 5 pockets, two on the inside and three on the outside. The 2 inside pockets are quite large. My tablet, easily, fits into an inside pocket. The pocket on the upper left sleeve is a nice touch. It is the only pocket that has a zipper, so I like to put my wallet in it. This pocket is the smallest one on the jacket. My phone will fit in this pocket, but it is a tight fit, and just not practical for me. Finally, I am not the biggest fan of the washing instructions, which are to wash in cold water and then allow it to drip dry. It takes a long time for this jacket to drip dry. I was told, by a family friend, that the reason for the "drip dry" is so the color does not fade. I have washed and drip dried this jacket more than 5 times, and the color still looks like it did when I received it.
