Well balanced and centered within a single vertical framed cage. I was concerned that the Captain’s Chair was going to be too forward in the frame of the 2inch by 2inch frame, adding too much pressure, but the reality it is not.

    Once I was sent the correct product it was a perfect addition to my garage gym. I have a flybird adjustable power rack and with one slight adjustment this captains chair was compatible. My trainer was excited to use it for my next gym session. He also did some dips on it and it was pretty sturdy. Just make sure you weigh down your power rack so it doesn’t tip over while you are using this product. It was super easy to put together and probably took me 30-40 mins to be complete. I store it at the top of my power rack so I can do all my other exercises without having to move it out the way or store it on the ground. Overall I’m very pleased with this purchase.

    Just in case you’re wondering, no this is will not fit a Titan power rack

    This seem to be very well-made that’s why I’m sad I couldn’t use it. The dimensions seemed correct but it wouldn’t fit my Titan T3 series power rack. The holes in my rack were too small for the pins.

    I purchased a Sunny Health & Fitness Captain's Chair attachment for my 2×2 Progear weight cage and it fit perfect. I can put my ankle attachments to the lower pulley system for weighted leg raises. The captain's chair is sturdy when doing leg raises and dips. Very happy with this purchase.

    Works very well and does what it should. However I have broad shoulders and when I do dips I hit my shoulders off each of the side bars.

    It works well enough. Its a bit wobbly but part of that is by design, since it has to be hooked onto the cage in 2 pieces. Spacing I believe is for a 46" frame, which works with the Fitness Reality.
